This site is a tool for summarizing and presenting public information: it reorganizes publicly available court docket records by entity, court, time and other dimensions, and gives the original source for each.

This site is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not represent any party, and does not replace the judgment of you and your professional advisers.

The docket records shown on this site come from CourtListener / RECAP (Free Law Project, a nonprofit organization). Free Law Project did not take part in, did not review and did not verify this site's statistics and presentation; the accuracy of the data itself is subject to the public court records.

The tool page's determinations are results of matching at the text level: they only say that "some type of wording appears in this passage of text"; they do not say whether any conduct was appropriate, and they do not say how any platform will handle it.

Platform rules are not public and change; please rely on the platforms' own statements and on professional opinions.

Any count, aggregation and ranking here comes from public records and may be delayed and may be incomplete; each page states the data cutoff time.

This site and its data must not be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including evaluating an individual's credit, insurance, employment, government benefits or housing eligibility, and must not be used to generate consumer reports as defined by that Act.

You must not use automated means to probe or circumvent this site's access limits, and you must not bulk-resell or re-distribute this site's aggregated results as a raw data set.

You must not use this site's presentation in a way that misleads third parties (for example, claiming that this site is connected to a particular brand, law firm or institution, or that such a party endorses it).

Judicial opinions, motions and other court documents are usually in the public domain; the interface, aggregation structure, statistics and copy displayed on this site are produced by this site.
